Work, Research, Academic Experience

  • Academic Project: Fall 2024 (Trash Accumulation Analysis in the Atlantic Ocean): Modeled and analyzed trash accumulation patterns in the Atlantic Ocean. Utilized MATLAB to process oceanographic data including currents, wind, and geographic coordinates, to map high risk pollution zones. Gained experience in data visualization, geospatial mapping, and environmental simulation techniques.
  • Academic Project: Fall 2023 (Automatic Card Shuffler): Developed an automatic card shuffler using an Arduino and simple motors/sensors as a team project. Utilized the Maker space to 3D print the base of the automatic card shuffler. Edited and created Arduino code to ensure the devices functionality. Designed the circuit on LTSpice.
