Work, Research Experience

  • Product Design and Development Intern (2024 July – December 2024): Sunfertilize – advised by Juan Pablo Trelles in Developing Fertilizer Sprayer using Plasma. He conducted research on the Design and development of an advanced Solar based sprayer, focusing on optimizing functionality, durability, and cost effectiveness.
    • Utilized SolidWorks for CAD modelling and DFM principles to enhance the product Manufacturability and reduce production complexity.
    • Developed a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM), specifying materials, components, and assembly of parts to streamline procurement and manufacturing.
    • Applied Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify  and eliminate inefficiencies in the production process.
  • Manufacturing Engineer (December 2021 – May 2022): Ashok Leyland 
    • Assisted in optimizing manufacturing processes, Improving efficiency, and Reducing cycle times through Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma methodologies
    • Conducted process validation, root cause analysis, and FMEA to enhance product quality and reliability.
    • Collaborated with production, quality, and design teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve work.
